Creator Profile
Multimedia Developer. Long-time Ottawa resident. Community art instigator.
Multimedia developer β sure, that's what I did in school for two years. But I'm dynamic. I make art. I build awesome projects. I have a technical job and a people-person streak that doesn't fit on a business card.
I've been a lover of bicycles from a very young age. I was a bit of a scoundrel in my youth β and this community always had my back. Chinatown raised me, in the way a place can.
Now I'm giving back in little ways β a 200-foot slip and slide at the Arboretum, Painted Perches, whatever's next. Doing my best to leave this little corner of the world a little better than I found it.
An interactive art installation created for an early rendition of China Town Remixed in Ottawa. The project invited participants to engage with light and community storytelling in a public setting.
Co-creator of a public art project rooted in connection and community care in Ottawa. The Safety Hug 613 brought people together around a shared gesture of belonging.
Organized and executed a 200-foot community slip and slide at the Arboretum in Ottawa β a joyful, logistically ambitious public event that drew a wide cross-section of the community.
A small art project of hand-painted birdhouses placed throughout Ottawa's Chinatown. Each birdhouse is made by a local artist or neighbour, has its own page on the trail map, and is cared for by a community host.
